For me I had never been around hunting until a good friend of mine took me shotgun hunting one weekend at the age of twelve. I wanted to be in the woods more and started practicing with my first compound bow shortly after. From then on I couldn't get enough of it! Whatever the weather or the circumstances I was bowhunting whenever I could in pursuit of whitetails. What started off as a weekend shotgun hunt had transformed into a life passion of bowhunting. During an archery class of my freshman year in high school I met Blake Christopher who has been a close friend of mine ever since. I didn't realize at the time but this event would be the starting point of my introduction to the professional side of the hunting industry. With no one else in my family being involved with hunting it has been a true blessing to partake on so many hunts in pursuit of big game across North America. I consider myself fortunate at the age of eighteen to be a part of outfittersedge and can't wait to see what the future will bring.
